At SERVPRO of University Place/Lakewood, customer service is a priority.  Unlike other companies, when you call us we have an actual person answering your call. Every day. 24 hours a day.  If you call us after work hours, we either determine from your call that your water/fire damage is safe to sit until morning, and if not, we dispatch a Restoration Technician that night to make sure that your house will be safe OK until the next day when we can start the restoration process during work hours.  If you call us during the weekend, we will send a Tech to your house that day, where we can start the restoration process as soon as possible.  One thing to always remember, the faster we can get on the scene, the lower the cost and effort will be throughout the whole restoration process.
