Roof Leak in Lakewood

This water damage event was due to a roof leak. If you look closely to the before photo, the ceiling drywall has bubbled and caused a hole in the ceiling causing water to fall onto the floor below. In most cases, the ceiling will hold insulation that cannot be dried in place. It is typical to remove the affected drywall and insulation in order to dry the framing. After removal of the insulation and drywall, we can ensure the structural materials are dry, avoiding dry rot and corrosion. The after photo demonstrates out technician's attention to detail as the ceiling is now repair ready. The customer were extremely thankful at how quick we finished the job.
